  • Currently, our team subscription has not been officially launched as we are still gathering user feedback. You can send your ideas about the team subscription, including features, pricing, and use cases, to our customer service. Our customer service team will forward your suggestions to the relevant department for evaluation.

How do I upgrade my subscription?

  • You can click on "Upgrade Subscription" to select the subscription you want to upgrade to and pay the difference. If you are unable to upgrade your subscription, please contact our customer service team at any time.

Why haven't I received the reward credit after inviting a friend?

  • As long as your friend downloads and registers through your invitation link, both of you will automatically receive the reward credit. You can view the details of your invitations in the "Invitation Records."

Does the invitation credit have an expiration date?

  • The invitation credit is permanently valid. When using it, the system will first deduct from the subscription plan's credit. Only after the plan's credit is exhausted will the additional credit be deducted.

If I have both Galxe Puls membership and Alva membership at the same time, how will my membership duration be calculated?

  • Membership are first taken from the highest tier, then from the longest plan.
