How can I trigger Alva? On which websites can Alva be triggered?

• The profile card and skill tabs can be triggered on websites including official websites and Twitter pages of projects, as well as on trading platforms such as CoinMarketCap, Coingecko, Trading View, Binance, OKX, and Uniswap. You can also use it on quest platforms like Galxe, Zealy, QuestN, Layer3, Intract.io, and content platforms like Medium and Mirror. Our knowledge covers the top 2,000 projects by market capitalization, which are dynamically updated.

• “Ask Alva” and Toolbar can be triggered on the general websites and twitter pages.

• For details on the introduction and activation of specific skill tabs, refer to the All-in-One Knowledge Hub and Toolbar sections of the document.

What should I do if the Alva profile card or toolbar does not trigger?

If selecting a project name, hovering over a token ticker, or a project hashtag does not trigger the profile card or only triggers the toolbar, consider the following:

• This project isn’t in the list of top 2000 projects in our knowledge base.

• Sometimes the top 2000 projects by market capitalization are not triggered. It may be a problem with our database. You can give feedback in our discord channel.

• If the selected content is too long, the toolbar will be directly called up without searching for possible projects in the selected content.

• If the profile card and toolbar do not appear after selecting content, it might be due to a temporary issue with the website or an extension.
